1. Shipping Timeframe

At TechDact, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Our standard delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and shipping partner logistics.

Note: In rare cases (such as remote areas, weather disruptions, or customs delays), delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Processing includes:

  • Product verification and quality check

  • Secure packaging

  • Handover to our trusted courier partners

You’ll receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order is shipped.


3. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable and reputed courier services across India to ensure safe and timely delivery — including logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp/SMS.
You can track your shipment status on our website’s [Track Your Order] page or directly through the courier’s tracking portal.


5. Shipping Charges

We offer:

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • COD Orders may include a small handling fee (if applicable), displayed at checkout.


6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.


7. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package.
If all attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us.
In such cases, we’ll contact you to re-dispatch or process store credit after deducting return shipping costs.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
We plan to expand to international destinations soon — stay tuned!


9. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim for prompt delivery, certain situations like national holidays, strikes, or natural calamities may cause unavoidable delays.
In such cases, our support team will proactively keep you updated.
