🛍️ Easy Returns Made Simple

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If your product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you can easily request a return or replacement.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@techdact.com or WhatsApp us at (+91) 898 308 3698 with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the return process.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue your refund or replacement within 5–7 working days.

📦 Return & Refund Conditions

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Returns are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer to your registered account within 7 business days after receiving the returned parcel.

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or wrongly delivered.

⚙️ Warranty & Replacement

All TechDact products come with a 6-month limited warranty (where applicable).
If you experience any product issues during this period:

  1. Contact us at info@techdact.com with images/videos of the issue.

  2. Ship the product to our service center after confirmation from our team.

  3. Once inspected, a replacement or repair will be arranged within 7–10 working days.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Delivery usually takes 3–6 working days across India (depending on your location).

  • You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Please note that some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or nature of use, such as:

  • Personal care or hygiene gadgets

  • Opened packaging or used items

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale
